Health 2.0 Chapters are grassroots groups of innovators who meet regularly with the mission to cultivate and propel health technology in their communities. The Berlin chapter has been founded by Ulrike Anders. The steering team consists of Ulrike Anders, Juliane Zielonka, Tobias Neisecke

Since its beginning in 2007 in the heart of Silicon Valley, the Health 2.0 grassroots movement on innovations in the delivery of healthcare and health related IT for patient care improvement has now over 95 chapters in major capital cities worldwide. I’m a User Experience Designer and Design Strategist with a focus on innovation in healthcare delivery – patient-centered and efficient.



Juliane Zielonka
co-organizer Health 2.0 Berlin


Managing Director Startupbootcamp Digital Health, an intense 3-months European acceleration program based in Berlin. Digital Health Entrepreneur with proven track record in Digital Health, being the founder of a female health portal specialized on fertility threatening diseases that connects advice seeking women with specialty physicians. Raising capital, launching and running this patient-centered online service and her SaaS startup LARAcompanion, she’s extended her broad healthcare experience.


Tobias Neisecke

Physician and male nurse. Senior Manager eHealth at Brandenburg Economic Development Cooperation (WFBB). Former scientific staff at a german university of medicine. Co-founder in 2008.
